Through our partnerships with community organizations, we have seen that lasting well-being grows through strong relationships, practical support, and opportunities that help families build healthier, more stable lives.

Across 57 grants totaling $6.4 million, the Foundation partnered with organizations in 11 states and the District of Columbia, investing in the people, programs, and systems that help children and families feel safe, connected, and able to grow. From early childhood and prenatal support to youth development and essential services, these community-rooted efforts are helping create stronger futures.
